Rules & Guidelines

Even though every project is different, there are some basic rules and guidelines that go for all of them. Most of them might seem logical, but we decided to include them anyway to prevent misunderstandings.

If your contribution to the project you are participating in is against the rules it probably won't be included. We may or may not notify you, depending on if it's still possible to change the contribution.

** No extreme fangirling; Photos of your chest, comments like "OMG MIYAVI I WANNA HAVE UR BABIES UR SO HAWWT", etc. will not be accepted. You can show your love and admiration for him, but please stay decent and respectful.

** No generally offensive / disrespectful comments; because while extreme fangirling is bad, any kind of bashing is bad, too. Criticizing Miyavi won't be accepted. If you want to complain about something he did, fanmail him. Do not use our projects. The same goes for flaming other musicians or making accusations. ("I know you're gay and had sex with Maya.") Sure, you can still state your opinion, but a line has to be drawn somewhere.

** Write in English or Japanese; Either that, or include a translation. Miyavi wouldn't be able to read what you wrote, and that would be a shame wouldn't it? Also, don't try to fool us by writing "OMG MIYAVI I WANNA HAVE UR BABIES UR SO HAWWT" in a different language, we have crewmembers from all over the world and there's also Google translator. We will find out.

** Do NOT include contact information; You are NOT allowed to include email addresses, phone numbers, house addresses or any other contact information of any sort. Ofcourse you are allowed to include your home country - we even encourage that.

If you include contact information anyway, we might try to hide the info without your permission. If you don't agree with this, don't participate.

** DO NOT advertise your own fansite, street team, project group, etc.; It's incredibly rude, please don't.

** Absolutely do not send perishable or living things; Including food. It will rot, it will smell, it will die. And that won't be fun for us, you, nor Miyavi.

** Do not send fragile things; It will probably break, which would be a shame. We aren't responsible for what the mailman might do to your submission.

** Participating in any project automatically means that you agree with our rules and will follow them; It also means that you'll give us permission to provide and spread pictures and/or videos of your submission on websites like MySpace, Facebook, Livejournal, our own website, etc. If you don't agree with this, simply don't participate.
